Pretty good for my first attempt at baking a baguette.
I happened upon an online bread-baking class. Taught by Peter Reinhart, author of such great bread-baking books as Whole Grain Breads, The Bread Baker's Apprentice, among others. I wasn't planning to get into artisan bread-baking just yet. But, what an opportunity!
